My Valentine Present

I know, I know...you're all probably dying to know what I got myself - oh, wait - what my husband got me for Valentine's Day.... Well, okay, maybe you're not dying - but I'll show you anyway. Don't worry - it's not that graphic.

My PACKAGE came ON V-DAY and it couldn't have been more perfect!!! This just made the whole day AMAZING! I almost KISSED the UPS man, being that it was Valentine's Day and all, but he didn't seem as excited as I was, so I passed. (Plus, he looks nothing like the adorable UPS driver type that I envision in my mind, so that doesn't help, either.)

Nothing says, "I Love You" like a box full of yummy fabric! Thank goodness I had the chocolate to go with it - it would have been catastrophic NOT to have chocolate on hand for a moment like this.

This one here is my favorite. I wonder what the heck I'll do with it...

I did a fabric post a few days ago about JCaroline & Co. - that's where I got the fabric! Just scroll down to the posting or I have a link in my "sewing" category.

You are safer not being in a city that has multiple quilt fabric stores. You would have walked away with many more.

wow...love the fabric!! But then...what are you going to make of it? I never want to cut my new fabrics...after a few days maybe a tiny little part for a little project...but nog something big... that takes time :))

Oo la la. Yummy fabric. So, my UPS guy is not hot either. I feel like I have been dealt a major injustice. Isn't the hot UPS guy supposed to be one of a homemaker's greatest perks? I've been robbed, I tell you. ROBBED!

Fabu fabrics! They are like candy! Colorful fabric is totally my drug of choice- sooo addicting! I bought a bunch of cutie, colorful fabrics yesterday at Joann's because the whole store is on sale this weekend.

The fabric was cute but...I am much more interested in the UPS man obsession. Why not Fed-Ex or even the postman?? I happen to know firsthand that the quality of man that works for UPS is far superior to the other carriers and every wife of a faithful UPS man tells her man every day..."Men in Brown don't fool around!" So, come on girls!

HAHAHA! Well, Susan, my UPS driver's wife can rest at ease! That's funny, though!
