Can I just say how much I LOVE these little $.57-cent washable cups?! I used to keep a stash of disposable cups around but I'm sick of buying them. I'm also sick of the kids getting out our regular cups only to forget which one is theirs. So I grabbed a few of these cool plastic cups at Wal-Mart (in the birthday party section) and now it's impossible for them to forget which one is theirs for the
entire day! It's been so much fun not to have a bazillion cups to wash every day!!! What a wonderful world...

Where did you get those lovelies? I must get some for my house!
Hi Celeste! I got mine at Wal-Mart (sorry I didn't include that - but now I fixed it) but you can get them at party stores, too.
great idea!
Every cup my kids drink from must have a lid.
But, that is a cute idea!
I use the party napkins for my daughters lunch bag.
I loooooooove those too!! They last forever, yay for Wal-mart! :)
What a great idea. I can totally utilize this idea now that 3 of my kids don't need lids anymore.
When I was a kid my mom had a hard time getting us to put our dishes away after we were finished using them, so she got plastic ones like yours with four different characters on them (mine was Winnie the Pooh). Then when one of us didn't put our things away, she knew exactly who was responsible :)
How cute! Oh the things that make us happy! :-)
Are they dish washer safe too??? Can't beat that! My little boy would insist on a train one, I will have to check our Wal-Mart. Everything has to be Thomas for him.
Wow, I think I NEED some.
What a great idea! We are so in the million cups phase too. Also I wanted to invite you to my vinyl blog: cottagequotes.blogspot.com
We are kicking off the new year by doing monthly giveaways!
Cute cups - makes me wish mine were small enough to want them!
what a great idea!
Genius is what you are.
Thanks for sharing your great idea.
PS I really think your blog is darling~
Yes! My daughter got one at a friends birthday party - I need to go get a bunch more!
hey Abby- this is random- but are you doing an apron swap this year? Just wondering-as it was so fun to do my first w/ yours last spring :) I actually bought some cloth napkins at Goodwill to make an apron like the one you posted a few posts below :) thanks for the inspiration and great idea :) Sharla
I have found that often the lids from the kids cups at restaurants fit these. (Which would mean you have the restaurant cup, too, but if you still wanted to use the cute ones in order to keep them straight.) I think I've even been able to use yogurt lids, too, with a straw hole cut in it.
I need some new plastic cups. Walmart here I come!
